This exclusive and uniquely built 3 bedroom Villa is definitely a must for a great holiday experience. Ideally located on a small complex of 24 villas, each being unique in itself, Villa Margeretaville boasts uninterrupted views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Margaretaville is situated in the much sought after area Ayia Triada, which offers the delightful ambiance of peace and relaxation; surrounded by farm land and the sea, this Villa gives you a total holiday experience to remember. The balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden area, has a table and chairs ready for you to chill out and relax whilst watching the sunset. When it's too hot to dine outside why not dine inside, using our 6 seater dining table, which looks out onto the garden area. The well laid out modern kitchen area is fully fitted with top of the range equipment, Outside, if you're not lazing away the day in the pool, there are 6 luxury sun loungers.The bedrooms all benefit from air conditioning, and all have large built in wardrobes. The main bedroom benefits from a double bed, and has patio doors leading to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has King size bed with patio doors leading to balcony, Bed room 3 has 2 single beds. (all have En-suites) The ground floor is bright and spacious, with two sets of patio doors which open out onto the garden veranda and pool area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The lounge has a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa for relaxing. And to keep the kids amused, a satellite television with dvd player or just relax & listen to the Hi-Fi system. The dining area has a 6 seater table for when it gets to hot outside. We provide an information folder within the villa for guests to find out more about the surrounding area, with a guide for local restaurants, bars, beaches, boat trips, local cabs etc. and the local places that are well worth a visit. highchair and cot is available if required
