3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the beautiful village of Tala, with the breathtaking views from the roof garden, you are able to see the whole of the Paphos coastline. Here you can sit and enjoy the magnificent sunsets unique to the Mediterranean and Cyprus. The landscaped gardens are a wonderful place to sit and relax through the day, for your comfort there is a large private heated swimming pool. The village of Tala is a short walk away, were you will find a host of bars, restaurants and local taverns. The villages of Chlorika and Kissonega are also very close by where once again you will find a host of eateries. All rooms have air conditioning units for hot and cold air. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining area.For your entertainment you will find a 42 inch plasma television, Playstation, Wii and Wii fit, DVDs and satellite connection. There are books and board games for the children. The lounge will seat 6 people with the comfortable leather suites.The 2 double rooms have sliding patio doors which each lead on to sun terraces; one being at the front overlooking the pool and gardens, the master bedroom as a en-suite, and is situated at the back of the villa which leads you on to beautiful landscaped gardens, and steps up to the roof terrace. here you will find a pagola where you can sit and watch the sunset or sunrise. There is a heated swimming pool, patio furniture and sun loungers for those wanting to while away the hot sunny days by the pool.

Coral Bay beach is a 10 mins drive; here you will find one of the best beaches in Paphos, watersports of all kinds are available, there are 2 beach bars, toilets and changing rooms with showers. There are plenty of small cove beaches around the Paphos area a car is advised. The Akamas Peninsular is well worth a drive, here you will find Turtle beach which is well worth a trip too, a four by four vehicle is advised for this one. Takes around one hour to get there.
