•PLEASE NOTE - we also accept payments via International Bank Transfers in Euros and Swiss Francs. Rates include - a house clean on arrival, weekly change of bed linen and towels. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance payable no less than six weeks before the start of your holiday. In addition to this a refundable security deposit of £250 is required ( which can be a cheque that will be held without banking ) payable before arrival and refunded within 14 days of your departure, less any deductions for losses, damages or breakages. Energy Conservation - During the hottest times of the year electricity usage may be monitored to ensure that air-conditioning is not left on whilst the villa is unoccupied or whist external doors/and windows are open. Excessive use may result in an additional charge at the owners discretion. •Access to the villa on the day of arrival will be from 3pm onwards. We ask you kindly vacate the villa by 11am on the day of your departure, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa but ashtrays are provided if you wish to smoke outside in the garden. A key safe is provided at the villa, enabling you to start and finish you holiday at anytime of day or night. Linen and towels are provided - including pool/beach towels. A welcome pack of groceries can be provided for when you arrive at the villa for a small fee - please ask for details Cots,pushchairs, car seats, etc are all available for hire - please ask for details. As the pool is private there is no life guard, so children should always be supervised in and around the pool. You will need to provide you own travel insurance.
