The main living area has a large open plan lounge dining area with two sets of patio doors leading onto a long balcony overlooking the sea and the pool area. Leading off the main living area is the well-appointed master bedroom with its own en-suite bathrooms. Haidryers supplied in 2 of the bedrooms. There is a large window looking out to sea and double patio doors onto the front balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a breakfast table with 8 chairs as well as two settees and a TV, DVD, Free WIFI, IPOD docking station. Outside there is an outside dining area, next to the pool, with a table, sun umbrella and 8 chairs. There is also a poolside shower. Pool is cleaned twice per week and garden tended post each villa booking. Bed linen and towels are supplied and are changed at end of stay (additional cleaning on request with cost). Guests should bring their own beach towels. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. There is full air conditioning at no additional cost. Children are welcome but must be supervised whe swimming. There is a car port and additional parking in the cul-de-sac.
Peyia is 10km (20 mins drive) north of Paphos. It is a traditional Cypriot village with a large church. It has a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants and tavernas where you can eat outdoors on summer evenings. Coral Bay, with its wider range of restaurants and bars is only 10 mins drive away, as is Coral Bay Beach - a long sandy blue flag beach which is ideal for adults and children alike. The beach slopes gently into the clear warm sea and there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. There is also a choice of two beach cafes. St. Georges and the beautiful Akamas National Park are only 15 mins drive to the north of the villa. Great beaches and privacy, just drive up and park to get your beach spot! 20 min from Golf, 10min from driving range.
