The living room opens up completely to the back garden with very nice view over the fields and hills where every night a beautiful sunset can be enjoyed. The villa is designed in a modern Cypriot style with flowing porcelain flooring and added marble tops. It is built in an elevated position, some five minutes drive from the beach, and offers uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the Famagusta coastline. This villa is absolutely superb. It is positioned in a secluded and sought after area only five minutes drive to the beaches and Paralimni Town Centre. A car is however a necessity. It offers three upstairs bedrooms, which are all en-suite. A fourth bed is available as a double sofa bed in the second downstairs lounge, with an adjacent shower and toilet. This is also perfectly suited as a second lounge or play area when trying to accommodate smaller children. The kitchen is fully furnished with all utilities, such as a washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
