Our villa is situated in a fantastic location on the beach of Ayia Triada approx 2 miles from the centre of the busy seaside town of Protaras offering an extensive selection of traditional Greek taveranas bars and tourist shops. Here you will find the famous and beautiful beaches of Fig Tree Bay. In the opposite direction and only 1 mile away you will find the small town of Paralimni. A lovely all year round small town offering old age Cypriot customs mixed with a new trendy town feel of designer shops catering for all tastes. Here you will find the supermarkets which offer everything under one roof. Ayia Triada beach gardens is built on a small bay with fantastic golden sands which sees fishing boats dock in the small harbour each morning selling its catch of fresh fish (ideal for the Barbie) Nearby and within walking distance 500m you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. At the top of the road 100m you will also find the local bus stop

Our villa is situated in a fantastic location with unobstructed views of the sea, 100 meters from the beach. The villa consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and full kitchen with 2 bedrooms. The lounge has a 3-seater and 2-seater leather settee 3 seater converts to a double bed the lounge is tastefully decorated and includes all the creature comforts of home TV English SKY, DVD, stereo CD and PlayStation 2 (for the kids!). The dinning area has table and chairs to seat 6 people. The luxury fitted kitchen includes oven and hob with extractor fan, microwave combination oven, coffee maker, washing machine. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs comprises of 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin both leading to a balcony with stunning views of the sea. There is also a 3 piece white bathroom with a separate shower cubical.
