Newly finished in 2007, it is on the first floor of a small block of apartments accessible by stairs or lift. It has a good sized swimming pool with pool changing rooms & showers and granite flooring to communal areas. It also has covered parking for one car. It is finished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchen which has granite worktops and includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge freezer. The apartment is in Paralimni, a 40 minute drive from Larnaca airport. A quiet area not far from a variety of shops, supermarkets, eateries, pretty town square and beautiful churches. Local beauty spots are Fireman's Beach, Agia Triada, Golden coast beach and Serena Bay. Overlooking the village of Kapparis where there are good restaurants and bars covering most tastes and the usual water sports. The apartment has its own view of Famagusta, Kapparis and Protaras from the roof terrace. Sightseeing trips can be taken to Famagusta & Nicosia. There are lots of boat trips to explore the coastline. The Troodos Mountains to the west of the island are worth a visit. The area offers some of the best beaches on the island with Fig Tree Bay in Protaras and Nissi beach in Agia Napa only a 10 minute drive away. Agia Napa has the old monastery & town square, the beautiful harbour with its seafood restaurants as well as a large water park and the famous night club district.
