Oceanos Beach Villa

Oceanos Beach Villa forms part of a small exclusive holiday beach villa resort comprising of only 3 luxury villas. Our beach villas are situated alone on the waterfront in an area of about one square kilometre and enjoy privacy and offer tranquility and relaxation. All 3 villas have their own separate pools and garden areas. They are situated parallel to the beach line and as a result they all enjoy unobstructed and spectacular sunset and sea views. There are two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, all with their own en-suite facilities. One master bedroom is on 2 levels with the ground level offering a cosy private sitting room, wc and a double Jacuzzi room which directly faces the sea. The upstairs split level area houses the double bed which also faces the sea through a very large window. The other master bedroom offers a big shower room, his+her washing basins and a comfortable veranda with stairs taking you firstly to a private section of the garden and then to the pool area.All 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is 1 master double bedroom (his+hers basins, large walk-in double shower room) and 1 twin on one level, and, another master double (split level with double jacuzzi) and 2 twin bedrooms on another level.The swimming pool of the villa is a gem! It is a large infinity pool with size 12x4 metres/40x14 feet. The depth of the water is 1.4 metres/5 feet throughout. An outside shower completed the refreshing experience. The barbecue area is well equipped and it is next to the covered outdoor dinning are. The gardens of the villa are landscaped in such a way that they incorporate the mediterranean feel with the practical use of a garden area without spoiling the spectacular sea views. A 30 seconds walk will take you to the beach in front of the villa. The bay here is quite long (approx a mile long) and the water is blue and deep. There is a cove at the east end of the bay at which the sea is always calm. Apart from the other 2 villas in our resort neighbouring Oceanos, the only other buildings about 0.5km away is a convenience store for the daily essentials, an excellent fish tavern and a decent cocktail bar. Further shops and restaurants exist less than 1km away.

A 30 second walk will take you to the beach below our beach house. The end of the garden of the beach house sits in an elevated position (5 metres) above the beach. The Cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is just 2km away, offering a selection of restaurants, bars and night clubs. Coral Bay is also a beautiful beach which has been granted the Blue Flag certification by the EU. There is a bus service to Coral Bay that runs every 15 minutes and the bus stop is only 300 metres away from the villa.
