Located on the outskirts of Paralimni, our luxury villa offers a perfect setting for a wonderfully relaxing holiday - far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to beaches, bars, shops, restaurants and places of historical interest. A 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive will take you to the centre of Paralimnni and the town square with its fountains, historic churches, boutiques and pavement cafes where you can sit with a cool drink and watch the world go by. For beach-lovers, the picturesque coves at Kapparis with their unspoilt sandy beaches and crystal clear waters can be reached in 5 minutes by car (ample free parking). The well-known resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, with their excellent beach and water sport facilities (as well as tremendous night-life), are just a short drive away. The fantastic Ayia Napa waterpark is within easy reach too. Other nearby attractions inlcude a new 'family fun centre' and a delicious 24/7 bakery.

Our family-owned, well-furnished villa is ideal for a self-catering relaxing holiday at any time. Perfect for a group of family/friends or two families sharing, it is situated in a quiet residential area with two other villas, yet is only a few minutes from all the local amenities as well as the lively resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, packed with restaurants, bars and nightlife. Downstairs, the spacious triple-aspect living room, which opens onto front and rear terraces, has ample comfortable seating, a large oval dining table, coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi system and a selection of games and books. The separate kitchen is large and exceptionally well-equipped. There is a downstairs shower/WC. Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms, one with an en-suite and 3 with balconies. Outside, the shaded, secluded terrace has dining furniture for 8 and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Cypriot evenings!
