Let me tell you about the villa. It is a brand new detached, fully furnished property with air conditioning and a lot of home comforts. For example there is a TV complete with DVD player and stereo in the lounge. The dining area has a pine table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed, (bed linen is provided). In the bathroom there is a shower and a bath (please bring your own towels as they are not provided). There is a balcony to sit out on with your glass of wine to admire the sea views and surrounding countryside

Out side there is a front veranda with table and chairs, at the back a shaded eating area complete with barbeque and outside shower, ideal when returning from the beach. You have use of a large pool which is open all year round, which can only be used by others staying in the Salonica complex, as a yearly membership is paid for this.

A non commercialised little beach is 250 metres down the road. Fields surround Salonica, it is peaceful and unspoilt, ideal for families.

Bedrooms

Our villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a adult size bunkbed. The villa will easily sleep a family of four; both bedrooms lead on to Seaview balcony.

Kitchen

The kitchen contains all the equipment and appliances you could require; including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine.

Living room

The lounge is spacious and fully furnished.

Complete with T.V and D.V.D player.

With high quality cane furniture, 6 seater pine table for those enjoyable nights in with a bottle of wine.

Garden

There is a patio with garden table & chairs for those warm balmy evenings.

Swimming pool

You have access to a swimming pool at the Salonica complex, only 100 yards from the villa. Entrance is free.
