Ayia Napa & surrounding area |
Kapparis is a small village 5 minutes
walk away. Here you will find everything you will need, from traditional
Cypriot Taverns to car hire, bars and gift shops. There is also an
apartment complex called La Malmas, where you can use their beautiful
pools (ideal for children), bar and restaurant. They also have an excellent
dive school based here and an unspoilt cove to practice in. |

Protaras is a nearby seaside resort with some of Cyprus’s most
beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay. Water sports are always
available here and during the evening there is the Magic Waters attraction
or just wander the streets or harbour absorbing all the sights and
sounds after enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants. |
Paralimni is a nearby small town which is open all year round;
it even has a small Marks & Spencers and is well worth a visit
for a spot of shopping. |
Troodos Mountains are certainly worth
a visit, especially if you want a cooler day. There are
charming villages on the way to the top.
There are so many places
to visit in Cyprus, we have been on
7 holidays there and still haven’t visited Nicosia, the
capital. The border opened at Easter and you can explore
the part of Cyprus
taken by the Turks, which has been inaccessible for over
30 years. |

Ayia Napa is 20 minutes drive away and is one
of the biggest resorts in Cyprus, it’s always full of life with
plenty to see and do, and there is a fantastic Water Park just
outside the town. |

In this area has the very best beaches on the island, long golden
stretches of sans and tying the isolated colds, which lead into
the blue waters of the Mediterranean. Once a small sleepy fishing
village, this part of the island remains the market garden of
Cyprus, with the well-known Cyprus spud being a prominent crop!
What was once a small fishing harbour sorrounded by a few houses
has fast become a popular resort, particularly with families and
young people. Ayia Napa shimmering clear blue waters and white
sandy beaches provide an exceptional setting for beach lovers,
and the resort offers plenty of exciting activities for families. |
Beaches
There are extensive silvery, and Sandy sheltered beaches as far
as the eye can see. |
Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snoozing and sailing for all
the family. There's also a wide range of water sports on offer.

It boasts a superb Venetian period decorated monastery
with a central octagonal Fountain. It lends character and
substance to a place much better known for its colourful
vibrant shops,

exhibits of past and her present fauna. The four points of the
