Lounge consists of double sofa, and a double sofa-bed, coffee table, TV and DVD, radio/CD/cassette player, kitchen table and 4 chairs. There is also a ceiling-fan fitted in this room. Patio doors go out onto the pergola covered balcony which has patio table and 3 chairs. Kitchen is fitted with washing machine, ceramic hob and large oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of cupboard space. With pressurized water system throughout. The property has use of a on site communal pool with your own sunbeds. Beach towels not provided. All linen, bath & hand towels & T-towels provided changed weekly at no extra cost.

The apartment is situated in the Paralimni area. It is a 10 minute walk into Paralimni town, with many shops, tavernas and restaurants. Kapparis village is 5 minutes walk and has available a few supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Firemans beach is in this area. The main large supermarket and bus stops are a few minutes walk away at the end of the road. The buses take you to Penera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Larnaca in the one direction and Paralimni the other. Penera is a 5 minute drive, here you will find a good variety of bars, restaurants and beaches, Protaras is 10 minute drive and here you have a great number of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from and of course Fig Tree Bay, Ayia Napa is where the real night life begins, here you will also find bars restaurants and plenty of shops and many more beaches including Europe's largest Water Park. Hire Vehicles and Excursions available locally. Airport pick ups can be arranged.
